A little bit about myself

Over 500 hours of advanced training in Meditation and Yoga including Mindfulness of Breathing, Vinyasa Flow, Mindful Somatic Flow, Restorative, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing. Committed to providing support, while motivating my clients to find their inner peace, balance, strength, flexibility and their healthiest self. Bringing love and respect for the art of yoga and meditation based on ancient and authentic teachings.

The most important journey you’ll ever take is the journey back to your true self…back to the ‘Source’.

  • Combination of dynamic, strong practice with gentle relaxing poses towards the end of the class.

  • ‘Mindfulness of breathing’ (can be combined with any of the classes above)

  • Combination of yoga asanas, breathwork, Qigong, meditation and sound healing to address individual needs.
