Join us for yoga sessions in the park, where movement meets mindfulness under the open sky.

Breathe in the fresh air, feel the earth beneath your feet, and reconnect with your body and nature in the most peaceful setting. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning, this is your space to unwind, recharge, and flow with the rhythms of nature.

  • ‘Mindfulness of breathing’ (can be combined with any of the classes above)

  • Combination of yoga asanas, breathwork, Qigong, meditation and sound healing to address individual needs.
